karl grey Posted January 5, 2013 Share Posted January 5, 2013 Well after a month of bad weather stopping me going down the club field to fly, today was a chance to get out and make the most the weather. Turned up at the field nice and early and got set up, my instructor walked over and said 'its a good day to try your 'A''. Well after a warm up flight, went out with the club examiner and after an abborted dead stick landing (my trainer just kept floating in and i was running out of strip to land on), followed by a successful dead stick i managed to pass the 'A' test, so now gonna enjoy working towards my B.
