Is 35Mhz now on the way out completely...?

I am having trouble finding a 35Mhz Futaba Dual conversion Rx crystal on channel 77.... I have been told that they are no longer being made, along with all the other channels I suspect.

I still use 35Mhz as well as 2.4Ghz, as, I'm sure many others do, but if we can no longer get the spares then 35Mhz will not survive.

John you can still buy synthesized dual conversion receivers from GS, which work on ch 60 to 80. All my planes have them in, Cheap as chips as well.

John

I know it is probably obvious and I will kick myself...but who is GS. One of our club members needs some.

I have a couple of synth JR receivers for sale - you don't need xtals in them. I think 35mhz is practically dead, anyway, as xtals are hard to come by and apart from second hand receivers, that's about it - unless you count model shop stock, but the prices don't reflect its popularity - too high.
