Simon B
You'd really want equivalent to a .40, so a hacker A40 or above for the motor. I converted one to electric, but I sold it before flying it, which I regret a little, but I needed to fund something else in a hurry... Allan Bennett
Being a biplane, I think you'd need something bigger than a .40 engine. Chris Foss recommends .40 to .60 for the kit model, and Ripmax suggest .70 to .81 4-stroke for the ARTF. I used to fly the kit version with an OS 61FSR in it. I don't have it now, but if I were converting it I would be looking at an AXI 4120/18 on 6S. That's what I've used in a couple of similar sized bipes. Engine Doctor
I have to agree with Allan Bennett . The Wots Wot is draggy like all bipes and a 40.2 s would really struggle to fly it. An electric set up equivalent to a 60 2s or 70 fs would be far better.
john stones 1 - Moderator
Ditto fella's, 70fs fly it nice, gives a good aerobatic combination. John
