Shaunie
Red oxide paint first and then felt it? Or just paint it with black Bitumastic paint. Or you could go the whole hog and add a pitched roof over the top. Shaunie.
john stones 1 - Moderator
Treat rusty areas with Jello or similar, then paint it John
Vecchio Austriaco
looks rater superficial from the picture. The zinc coating is eaten up and so the corrosion starts. Treat it with Loctite 7503 rust remedy and then paint it. VA

Gary Manuel
John, Was that dropped in by a huge crane over the top of the house or did you manage to wheel it in? I toyed with the idea of a portacabin but was put off by access problems. I finished up with a log cabin, which presented a different type of "Access" problem (paid off now fortunately). Jamie sawyer
My brother has one of those as a site office lol....I'd treat the rust as everyone says then bitumen paint with the granular green mineral felt stuck down onto it. Life time solution and the paint wont weather over time. A picture of your toys inside is a far better view .. Jamie
