Mark Kettle 1
See what happens when you give a mode 1 transmitter flyer a mode 2 set-up model to maiden. The launch was cack-hand for him, under arm and left handed, however we had a bit of luck, we also messed about a bit and had great fun with this one. It wasn't stressful at all, considering the maiden was thrown off a cliff slope. That great Spitfire shape is seen in the sky, even though I haven't decorated it yet. Peter Garsden
Looks another stunner to me Mark - this one will also fly out of the door. I just used your tip of putting filler on the surface of foam to smooth it off - works a treat. Wanted to ask - do you use light filler instead of balsa filler in that it is cheaper from Wickes or wherever? Does it work as well?
Mark Kettle 1
Hello Pete thanks for the comments on the Spitfire. Wilkinson's DIY sell it and others do as well. and the Wilko one..... When you pick it up feels empty. Edited By Mark Kettle 1 on 28/03/2015 08:02:

Phil May
Excellent Mark, but you must stop designing and building these models, how do I explain to SWMBO that I want another model before I even pick up my Vulcan lol. No, all joking aside, well done 👍
