Brian Tustin
Hi all I am hopeful that someone maybe able to help. I am getting my head around building a RC Spitfire To choose a lesser modelled subject I'm thinking PRU Pink. There is the rub, finding the right pink. Simon Chaddock
Brian I can only suggest you Google "Spitfire pink". It was a very pale pink and apparently was supplied to the PRU units direct from the manufacturer. "Camoutint Pink" was never included in the RAF stores although the PR Pale Blue (Camoutint Blue) was..

Dave Hopkin
According to the IPMS **LINK** The pink colour was "PRU Pink" and is available as an enamel from Xtracolor **LINK** I have no idea what Xtracolor paints are like though! TheFlyingCrust
Here you go. The photo is of PL965 which I believe is owned by the Real Aeroplane Company, but I can't find it in their list. Ian

Brian Tustin
Thanks Lads for your fast response I've done lot's of googling, several emails and visits to superstore paint shops with no success. So I'm thinking take my best guess and go with that. What do you say. Regards
Dave Hopkin
Or buy the correct colour here... **LINK**
cymaz
The only other suggestion I have is buy a pot of paint from the link Dave supplied and have a batched mixed at a paint store. If the plane is a good size then the frame can be covered and spray painted.

Fredrum
If you wanted to mix your own, you could probably find a very similar colour here along with the formula.
