The back pack looks good to me. I must let the others I am due to meet at 12.30 know about the pack. It looks good for Castle Hill in Kent today with South Westerly winds. It is sometimes difficult to transport more than one glider at a time from the car to the slope even though you do not have to climb the hill. With the pack one glider could be inserted and another hand held it seems ?

like it Frank yes

I can't claim credit one of my sloping buddies came up with it first and another got some old ex-hire trollies from a local pay as you go golf club that were about to be thrown away ( i.e. free) and we modified them. There's 4 gliders on there including a 1/4 scale HP 18 and 1/3.5 Topaze

If the walk is at all slippery, then something you can let go of and separate you from your models makes sense, otherwises there is a good possibility you will land on or roll over them.

Frank's trolley looks good, although the bigger the wheels are, the less shaking around the models get and the easier it is to pull. If you have any bits like wing joiners which can drop out, take them off before you start, or spend the rest of the day up and down the track looking for them.
