Started covering, sprayed the nose and the canopy.

You'll notice that I'm using a full size iron, I usually use a travel iron, always have, but it broke .... The big iron actually very light.

My other tools I've always used are a Stanley knife instead of modelling knives, blades are cheap and it does just as good a job, I also buy cheap sandpaper and glue it to a couple of different shapes and it works well also.

in the early days I spent money on specialist modelling stuff, but have realised that there are so many cheap alternatives and I save money!

Have installed the servo extensions in the left wing and covered it.

Again the tail is just pinned, need to get around to affixing it.

Tell you what, this yellow solar film is like polishing a motion sensitive bomb that you've been asked to polish!

There is no temp that it really likes, either doesn't stick or melts instantly!

I had a massive hole on the underside that I've patched, found it best to seal the edges and tentatively use the heat gun to shrink, but it makes you sweat!.

Hey kiwi, I have put a roughly 6 inch panel of black from leading to trailing edge under neath the 2 stripes to help with orientation.

to be honest I added the two black arrows because whilst cutting hinges for the right wing I damaged the yellow covering ( don't ask how) blush but the yellow is so temperamental to use I thought I'd cover the mistake with much easier to use black.

please be honest mate, is it too much?

That Ninja flyer was very naughty by flying so close to the hang gliders. Re bending is easy if you make it red hot while in the vice .Then quickly adjust to the bending point and bend using a tube as the lever. Adjust using pliers of course. If unsure try with a practice piece first. Good luck.
