Denis Watkins
John, variable voltage regulators are Amp rated too, how many amps available from your pack? You know a 2000ma pack is 2A, etc etc A small pack, say 500ma is easily covered by a £2 variable voltage regulator. I was typing while you were too The 5A easily covers you Edited By Denis Watkins on 18/12/2017 18:59:

Dave Bran
I have used HobbyWING (sic) UBECs for many years and never had the slightest issue with any, large or small current type.
Chris Barlow
Plug it into a simple UBEC as mentioned above John.

Geoff S
Posted by Denis Watkins on 18/12/2017 18:57:48: John, variable voltage regulators are Amp rated too, how many amps available from your pack? You know a 2000ma pack is 2A, etc etc ..... cut GSS A 2000 mAH is certainly 2AH but it can deliver far more current than 2 amps, if that's what you mean. The 2AH is its capacity which means, to a first approximation, that it can deliver 2 amps into a load for 1 hour or 20 amps for 0.1 hours (6 minutes).
