William Walker
Hi everyone. I'm Nick from Lincoln. I'm returning to the hobby after some 30 years and currently re-honing my somewhat mediocre skills with the Bardney Flyers and a RiotV2. I would really like to hear everyone's views on next steps. I want to do a wood kit build but there seems to be endless possibilities. Any ideas for a good second trainer that doesn't need too many advanced skills to build? Cheers. FlyinBrian
A WOT4 from a Kit would be a good bet, not really a trainer but keep the rates down and power with a .40 or .46 and you should be OK. Get someone to maiden it for you and get it trimmed then you should be fine. Good Luck (I am also in the Bardney club but do not get there often as it is a fair distance from home). Don Fry
SLEC FunFly, available in electric or glow motor versions. Dont know if you want to stick with electric. If you do the Wot 4 also converts to electric.
