Skippers Walker Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 I have just completed my first Micro indoor fixed wing aircraft. My conundrum is how best to fix the tiny uncased micro receiver without interfering with it's performance. Using double sided tape seems to be a bit brutal? Tips or hints would be welcome please? If something like this Lemon DSMX compatible (30 x 18 x 11mm) double sided foam sticky tape is good, the manufacturer includes a piece with the RX. I have used tape many times without problems. Martin_K Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 O.K. Ron. If the question is can an integrated RX, motor controller, servos board be mounted with tape? My answer is still yes. I have done it with 'Servo Tape'. From memory the tape stuck to the integrated controller board very firmly but not to bare balsa. I think I stuck a piece of double sided carpet tape (had an old roll in the house) to the balsa then servo tape on top.
