Christopher Wolfe
I still have my Dremel scroll saw that I purchased back in 1974. Sure it's a noisy vibrating beast but it has cut firewalls for many models and a fence clamped to the table helps with straight cuts. Sanding disc attached to the side is messy to use but useful and still have the flexy shaft extension that was soon superceded when I purchased a Dremel rotary tool. I still use the old girl occasionally as I recently managed to purchase a pack of 20 original blades online for $5 Au. Lots of great memories in that old saw. Martin McIntosh
Just my 2p worth. I now use an Axminster Jet saw which is very good indeed, pity the quick blade change version came out soon afterwards; also one with a 90 deg. blade option would have been good. I simply temporarily screw a piece of wood to the bench to stop it from being pushed back.
