  1. Great model and flyer - UHU POR is the most compatible with EPO as its flexible and allows time for adjusting the pieces
  2. I have bought the white, grey and aero versions of 6mm depron The white is the stiffest and most brittle; the grey and aero are the same material and quite flexible I would not recommend using either the aero or the grey for building wings or fuselages as their compressive strength is noticeably inferior to the white When covered with packing tape, the aero and grey versions easily crush and deform under bending loads Hans

  7. Hi Guys Snatched a quick flight off the Gt Orme this afternoon between the rain. The wind was 20 to 25 mph and the lift was solid but I had some trouble making headway with the Wildthing. I have not seen any advice on ballasting the Wildthing - wheres the best place to fix the lead and how much would I need for say 25mph winds?

  13. Hi guys   Does anyone have any suggestions for the best way to extend the fuel needle control through the large cowl of the Gilmore racer. It must be sufficiently long to turn by hand when the engine is running but short enough  or flexible to allow the cowl to be manoeuvred into position.   regards Hans
  14. Hi I am thinking of buying this model - can anyone tell me if an SC 70 FS would be a suitable power plant. regards Hans
