Sealing irons
Keith Berriman replied to Kevinlad's topic in Building from Traditional Kits and Plans
Quilters use the small iron to fold flat the hem joints between the odd shaped pieces etc. A similar iron is available on the Create And Craft web pages. My 2p worth -
I fly an ARTF mark 2 on an OS 46 and it is a pleasure and relaxing model to fly. I watch a very experience flyer do all the stunts with an Irvine 53 up front. So go with the 53 and throttle back that has been suggested

I have used a D size ( 4000 mamp ) rechargeable NIMH cell for ? years with confidence. I also have my own design connection in that I have an old type stereo socket on a small plate bolted onto the undercarriage and hard wired cables one to the plug with a collet ( suitable for plug ) and the other to the exhaust fixing screw. I then have the male stereo plug on the end of a short cable from the battery box which has an ammeter in line to show plug in use. When charging the needle does go backwards when charging with no problem.

My Hard Drive Is Full This made me feel better so I am sharing It with you Forum Members Brains of older people are slow because they know so much. People do not decline Mentally with age it just takes them longer to recall facts because they have more information in their brain, scientist believe. Much like a Computer struggles as the Hard Drive gets full so, too, do humans it takes longer to access information when the brain are full Researches say this slowing down process is not the same as Cognitive Decline. The human brain works slower in old age, said Dr. Michael Ramscar, but only because we have stored more information over time. The brains of older people do not get weak. On the Contrary they simply know more. Also older people often go to get something and when they get there they stand wandering what they came for ? it is not a memory problem it is natures way of making older people do more exercise SO THERE Now when I reach for a word or a name or construct an aircraft kit I won`t excuse myself by saying " I am having a Senior Moment " Now I can say " My disc is getting full "

Just out of interest searched the web and found a model distributor advising to add some carbon strip into the wings
-
When I have a difficult wing to Fuselage covering I use a 2" wide strip to work around the Wing to Fuselage area then covering the rest of the wing with a large section. With regards to your bonding long time set epoxy is the better option.

Hello Barrie Dav2 I upgraded to Win 10 in late October but had to revert back 3 days later. E mail screwed up and then Win 8.1 not as it was. Kept reading various blurbs on Win 10 and found an interesting article about one fix that had not worked and was being removed. I took the plunge 10 days ago and went for a second upgrade. Screwed up my Broadband allowance but it was worth it . All is working fine, interested in how to turn of Cortana if any help available

I am interested in the comment at Point Number 3 Shortened fuel pipe between rear needle and Carb ?? Photo would be nice

I would also suggest after tweaking as suggested above can you do a full throttle nose up on the ground test ??
