  1. I'm just finishing up scratch building a set of ribs for my Lil' Cub, just some holes to cut. It took most of the afternoon to cut 26 ribs so far, but I enjoy the time spent at little jobs like this.
  2. Phoenix is working fine on my Windows 10 PC.
  3. I don't like the new magazine viewer, but it is working for me.
  4. Yes I have programed switch on my Spectrum Tx and put some red heatshrink onto it. A nice lady's voice also tells me if the throttle is live when I power up.
  5. I bought some of these from Banggood, but the slot are way too narrow for my servo mounting tabs, otherwise they are very nice and I plan on modifying them or the mounting tabs for another project.

  10. I found 1/4 scale dummy engine plans for homemade balsa version at "The cubden.org" and printed the pdf at 66% so that I can make one. **LINK**
  11. Using saddle clamps rather than epoxy will allow the horizontal section of the wire to act as a torsion bar.
  12. I also use one of my Tx switches for "throttle cut" and have covered it with some Red heat shrink. I set up the Spectrum Tx as per the manual I also am very careful to keep my hands out of the prop arc.

  15. My local hobby shop usually has the last three month in the racks, maybe check yours out. I'm building this plane and when I went in for wheels last week they still had 3 copies of the June issue.
