enrico
Hi Tim, trying to upload directly from my vimeo page (which I have done before earlier in this thread), but can't rememeber how I did it! Could you delete my empty post for me? Any tips on uploading straight from Vimeo would be most welcome...
Tim Mackey
Right, seems Vimeo have done a similar move to U tube, and now offer two types of embed code. You must select "OLD CODE TYPE" when selecting embed code ( right click the video pane and choose embed) then - old style. Paste the code in the top box of the forum window after using the U tube insert icon. Nothing appears to be nserted, but when you click finish, it works and appears OK.,Edited By Tim Mackey - Administrator on 13/02/2011 12:40:

Have been chastised by Kenny "Spielberg" Anderson (little chief, Hilltop Posse and cameraman extraordinaire), for not accrediting him with the outstanding raw footage. ken anderson.
here's one of the lad's looking for his zagi.......... they wont listen when you ask did they charge the RX batts before they flew?...... ken anderson ne....1.
John Privett
Heck Ken.... That's an amazing pic. Assuming it's not "photoshopped" (and I'm not convinced) there's no way on earth you'd get me anywhere near the end of that rock. I don't care how many thousands of years it's been there, I wouldn't trust the end bit not to snap off...

John Privett
Rather you than me Dan! I'll quite happily fly in just about any aircraft, but the thought of jumping out of one, or off anything like that make me...

flytilbroke
Seen that guy on rock pic before, yet it still makes the dangly bits CRINGE. I too have no problem in a light aircraft. That video looked like fun was being had. I think it was cheating though, the model is big enough to see.

Flyingfen
Bumped into his cousin last week, think he was half Swedish went by the name of Svenrico. Knew nothing about football but everything about flying gliders, must run in the family.

John Privett
Must admit, SS, I thought Enrico had already posted that one in here - but it seems he hadn't! OK guys, get some "friendly" winds on order for next w/end. I'll be up for Friday/Saturday/Sunday morning... Nothing that needs a trek out into the wilds of Northumberland though, I'll only be able to squeeze in the odd hour or so.
The Silver Surfer
Oops, my mistake, it seems I was a little over-enthusiastic in my posting there as this video does indeed appear in a separate thread on this forum. My apologies! Have a good weekend

John Privett
I'll be heading your way tomorrow. Departing Surrey around 6:30pm so I don't expect to reach NE26-land until after midnight. I guess you'll probably have stopped flying by then? Might see some of you during my brief stay if the wind is right and I manage to escape for an hour or two. John Privett
Arrived just under an hour ago... No word from Ken or Enrico on today's trip, I assume they must still be up there flying! Winds look rather variable for the next couple of days - Saturday morning (though afternoon may have better wind) at Collywell Bay perhaps? Maybe tomorrow at Knotts Flats, or is there a bit too much West in the forecast winds for there?
