Terry Whiting 1
Hi Michel, If you were referring to the modelling clay the answer is no. I purchase my clay from a ''craft shop'' as a 5 kllo block about 15 years ago, and it's as good and manageable as the day I bought it. The great thing about it, these no waste, it's the best recyclable material I have ever used. It is a wonderful material and user friendly for plug making. Panel lines can be made with a stroke of a spatula, simulate rivets with the use of different sizes of brass tubing. I woud not be without it for plug making. aerts michel
Hi Terry, well I was refering to your Lancaster best regards
Terry Whiting 1
Hi Michel, Sorry, my mistake. No I still have my Lanc. I'm contemplating changing to brushless motors, as at present it has 480 can motors with 3-1 gearboxes, that at the time was the recommended set up by Tony Nijhuis . It flies well on that setup, but too much gear noise for my liking. Regards Terry

Supermario
Hi guys Sorry for so much time without news, is not that I stop building but is for not much will of posting. I was costumize with the Lysander thread that goes with plenty of company and informatiom from many people with a rithm that force you to go ahead. In other way I'm truly disapointed with Mr. Toni Mijhuis because is the second time I send him e-mail and a NO for answer were welcome but no answer at all is sad. And as we build the models that he design, and show the buildings not only in this forum, and contribute to expand his work and his business world wide, another behavior were expected, but....no problem at all. Well, I will try to coment the pictures I will post because there's so many that I'm afraid I loose some continuity. The side edges of the wings had been done First a solid balsa block and last shaped as well Then I buy the glow switches for each engine And decided as it goes as a scketch Test fit the location of the things with motor and tank in place.
Supermario
Continuing The upper side of the wings, nacelles included were ready for finishing Now is the time to totaly complete the stab and fin's Putting servos and horns and all the stuff needed More pics And put in place just for see how looks like Now begin to put hinges and links in ailerons and flaps And And A little balsa insert that I have to do for the pusrod don't colide with flap Time to apply the throttle servos on nacelles In the outter nacelle In the inner nacelle
Supermario
Continuing Begining the finishing of ailerons and flaps with fiber and a primer. Other pic Test fitting all parts And put the vinyl strips for final painting end barnishing Studying the way to put all radio conections Later I decided avoid all the y leads and conect all the servos to one Emcotec central station Now a glance of the work together And the last Now I have some space problems in my office Regards Mário

Many and good models and building and designing skill. Congratulations. Tony "putting us all to shame" NOOOO is not my idea. About costs you're wright. I go on buying things and desperatly always four or them. I had stop for some time to make financial exercizes adding all the parts for don't squeeze my good mood. But the last things I have to buy is an Emcotec power box and all rx batt and on board batt Regards Mário
