David Ashby - Moderator
Just added a little review index to the home page that may help readers/users to find the RCM&E review they seek. It covers Jan 2007 to date along with the Special issues. Hope you like it but do let me know if you spot any errors. I''ll add the ''on-line only'' reviews here soon. Biggles' Elder Brother - Moderator
Very handy David, Thank you! It can be really annoying when you know something was reviewed - but you can't remember which edition it was in! BEB

Steve Hargreaves - Moderator
This is great David.....well done!! Could it be put into a downloadable format (pdf or suchlike!!) so we can print a copy out & keep it by the coffee table as a reference You do realise you've made a rod for your own back here as it will need updating every month..... David Ashby - Moderator
A downloadable word doc Steve? Yup, no worries, not too onerous to maintain. I might go back a bit further and although that would be beyond how far the digital archive stretches back, would that be of any use to anyone? Steve Hargreaves - Moderator
A Word doc would be fine David......It would just be handy to keep by the shelf to find older model reviews...... I would say definitely go back.....as far as you can (or want to!!!)

Aidan Verrall
It would be great to have active links from the main list.
Robert Armstrong 2
As someone who is still using an old version of Lotus Word Pro (because it was supplied on CDs, was fully Microsoft OS compatible and has successfully ported onto each new PC) I do wonder why people supplying downladable documents can't use an industry standard format like pdf or rft, rather than the proprietary Microsoft format that keeps getting updated every time MS put out another version of Word, despite the fact that hardly anyone uses the new features in each relaese. <RANT MODE OFF> On a lighter note, the Microsoft Works version that came with my Vista laptop can't read the latest word format, but my Android mobile phone can. Nice one Gates!
Tim Stevens 2
As an outsider to model flying as such, I find the Index is no help at all. I am looking for information about brushless motors, as used in all sorts of flying models. Nothing in the Index topics is relevant, so far as I can see. I'm sure that is I knew what motor maker, or what model, I needed to look at, it would make sense. But I don't No criticism intended, but is there anyone who could point me in the right direction to learn about what small brushless motors can do, how to control them, what the limitations are, etc? Pete B
Hi Tim, Welcome to the forum! Have you had a look at this section? Plenty of info there on all aspects of leccy flight. This thread, by Tim Mackey, specifically deals with the basics of brushless motors. If you have any questions, start a thread in the relevant section and I'm sure you'll get plenty of help from the chaps here Pete
