Nice video, great song...the prop wasn't running all of the time though ...can't really see the point of driving in circles around a field, but I guess it adds a bit of something different. A little too much down on the elevons whilst 2 metres in front of the car would have ended in a bag of trash though....

We tried the same in the 70s soaring my Graupner Amigo on a Capri bonnet, but not as successfully. There again, we didn't have electric assist for repositioning...
 
 Ahhhh, my old 3 litre Capri, a field in Chenies and windscreen soaring.

 Yeah, I think he joined in the fun with his Land Rover "thingy".  The only problem was he didn't have a sunroof so we had to sit on the spare wheel which was mounted on the bonnet, and it tended to upset the airflow somewhat for windscreen soaring.
Strewth, we did some daft things.
