Andy Harris
3.5mm is size used to fix light switches, sockets etc. Regards Andy
andy watson
http://www.modelfixings.co.uk/ They sell everything you could possibly need. I've used them a lot- they are great.
Myron Beaumont
Carperfect Hmmm! By Caphead ,do you mean with an allen key socket in the head .If so,there's a chance you might get one (in a bubble pack) at Maplins I don't think the screws used in sockets etc will be of the required tensile strength PS with a name like that ,do you renovate cars by any chance ? Martin Harris - Moderator
Go with modelfixings as Andy suggests - you'll get them the next day and they stock 16mm length amongst many others...
Ed Darter
The danger with model fixings is they have so many goodies to buy ! Edited By Ed Darter on 05/10/2010 22:02:

001
I would be careful about ordering a '3.5mm bolt'. I think that the thread might be coarser than a metric thread. Have you tried John Haytree in Devon for spares, he might have the correct item!?
CARPERFECT
Well i hope the screws are 3.5mm as i took the engine to a local engineering nuts and bolts supplier and he measured it and told me 3.5mm but sorry we have not got any.
