Just voted the Private land option. Not really the truth though as we have two sites, one allowing three days flying although not on a Sunday, rent free.

The other site is Electric only on Saturday, and Electric and IC on Sunday, this site we pay rent on.

In the interest of fairness, and as an assumed champion of the cause, I can't help noticing that the poll put together by the powered flying southerner omits to include the option of 'Off a great big mountain'.
That is all.

Agreed.

Not agreed. Just read the questions as "Is your lump of rock":

Rented
Club owned
Operated by a club on a publicly accessible cliff/mountain
Someone else's cliff/mountain that indulges your odd persuasion
Just a publicly accessible slope you lob your models off

Slope soarers eh? Is that chip on your shoulder big enough to soar?

I'm laughing but I have know idea what you are on about. Petrol heads at a field for the win but I wouldn't mind trying slope soaring. I might get the chance while i'm in wales if not in October when i'm in Wales again. Hmm.....

Well, it was of course a joke but as there seems to be a sense of humour failure in owd farts corner I will point out that 'mainly' is not a word often used on the slope as we are quite dependent on wind direction and strength. May as well ask us which direction the wind mainly blows!
With more often than not a mixed bag to choose from sites can be a good mixyure of public, private, national trust, open access, restricted access or common land.

Probably best though not to over-think it if your brain is addled by methanol!
