They wondered if you'd mind letting me know which browser your all using to access this (that doesn't work)? As they've checked the default browser on android 4-5 and that seems to be working okay. Looks as though chrome has been the cause of my problem all along never thought to try a different browser. Morgan Jefferies 1 Posted November 26, 2018 Share Posted November 26, 2018 Hi, it appears this problem is still happening. Using Chrome 70.0.3538.80 on a Android 7.0.0 Samsung tab2 (SM-T810). Can view any past magazines using the chrome or standard browser that co as with device. It works on all the iOS platforms I have but really need this working on the Android device. Beth Ashby Moderator Posted November 26, 2018 Share Posted November 26, 2018 Hi Morgan, I've been back onto IT about this and it looks like due to the capabilities of software we were been using, there isn't any way that we can fix the android problems with back issues. However, from December we will be using a new software which should solve all problems and the issues will be able to be viewed from all devices. This will effect the January 2019 issue going forward. I'm sorry I don't have better news, but from the Jan issue, this should be sorted.
