Having received an email from Hobby King today I was looking at their website where I saw a new 'Turnigy' 9 channel tx and rx for £53.46. Am I missing something ? kc Posted April 10, 2020 Share Posted April 10, 2020 It actually costs 62 pounds from the UK warehouse, but then you won't have the cost of import duty VAT handling charges etc which you will probably get caught for buying from China warehouse. And it should be EU spec if bought in UK. However it's out of stock in UK at the moment. Still better to buy in UK though. Only time will tell if it's reliable and people like it, but of course it's not as popular a system as Spektrum, Futaba etc and therefore long term availability of extra Rx is not going to be as easy as popular ones. Trevor Crook Posted April 10, 2020 Share Posted April 10, 2020 I got a communication from HK a couple of weeks ago to say they had closed their UK warehouse - I assume thats still the case, despite getting sales emails from them every couple of days. A few days ago I tried to place an order with the EU warehouse but was told that they're not delivering to the UK, today they are (well they accepted my order!)
