Ron Gray
I got a flat battery on my Just Engines 24v starter yesterday. Never happened before, maybe it was something to do with flying buddy reversing over it when he left the field? 1
Dwain Dibley.
It would have been ok at our field Ron, it would just have been pushed into the sheep poop...............No damage. ? D.D.

Ron Gray
I was currently investigating watt was stopping the handle going back on when Ohm my G I found a small piece of wire that could have been terminal if left where it was but was able to pull it through as there was ample length to play with despite there being some resistance from within. I had visions of having to leave it Faraday whilst I got on with other work but I had a bright spark which allowed me to progress. 1

i12fly
That's nothing, one of our (now ex-) members backed over another members model. He did say sorry -so I suppose that was OK then
Andy48
Did the battery still work OK?
Ron Gray
It certainly works really well now, as a wheel chock. The slight puffy shape it had before the accident has now gone and it did spin the motor but I no longer trusted it so I gave it to my mate as he seemed to like it so much!
