  1. I have both and I think that the EG pro is a more stable flyer, on the Radian I found it necessary to insert 3mm carbon rod (10") each side at the rear of the fuselage to help to stop the tail from wagging @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  2. Another vote here for clear Solarfilm @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);

  4.   I agree with what Tim says, I've also had my DX7 for years with no problem what so ever, I've also fitted eneloops, yes they are AA size calls made into a 8 pack supplied by a number of battery retailers @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  5. I fly mode 1 mainly because i learnt when we only had reed sets ie switches and they were configured (mainly) as mode 1 is today Mode 2 I think came about because all the imported sets arrived as mode 2 and very few people, specially new comers knew the modes could be changed so learnt as it was   Just my 2p worth!! @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  6. Posted by Richard Bond on 08/07/2011 07:14:58: From my own point of view there are two big reasons for not flying (electric, not slope) at my club so much this year.   The state of the weather, or rather the apparent inaccuracy of weather forecasting.   I have a 56 mile round trip to make. A number of times I have checked the weather forecast in the morning (for the area of the club) and it shows 6-8 mph wind. When I get to the field it is about 12 gusting to 15. On one particular day the forecasts were all showing sun and cloud, no rain at all, but I spent a couple of hours at the field waiting for the rain to stop then gave up.   The other reason, which is connected to the first, is the price of petrol.     I agree, my latest trip (Tuesday) forecast was for 7mph winds, at the site almost 20mph and as others have said its nearly always the same few members that turn up and yes they do seem to be the people who build their own. If I can fly then a gallon or two of petrol is acceptable price to pay otherwise its a pure waste @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css); @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);

  16.    What I meant was that if you ordered one it would arrive without a case  then you could heat shrink it if desired  @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  17.     The cases have been removed so they wont look like Spektrum rx  which they are NOT !! @import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  18.       1. Wasp      2. Webbit     3. Pinto  @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  19. Mine also arrived  today, one of the better model mags', pity that about a third of the number of pages are adverts and some of the adverts don't even change month by month                                       Tin hat on!!!  @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  20.    I don't crash planes with my AR500's I've had these Rxs since they were available and not had any problems at all ever, I have 5 in different types of models, small, large, gliders no problem  @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  21.       Without really knowing the model, a good starting point for a lot of models is about a 1/3 back from the leading edge of the wing   @import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  22.               Ditto, I can't get in   @import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css); @import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  23. SLEC for me also good quality you get what you order@import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
  24. I've flown my Orange rx many times now with no problems at all and it doesn't seem positive that they're not CEd  I guess that the average Joe seeing the CE mark on the rx or packaging  would assume that it was compliant, I agree with H Mcnab why should it only be flown in a small foamie in a large field,                                                      @import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);@import url(http://www.modelflying.co.uk/CuteEditor_Files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/CuteEditor_Files/public_forums.css);
