  1. I have a WOT 4 kit built with Saito 82. Never flown, just needs a receiver and the cowl fitting. PM me if interested.
  2. Got me thinking Jon as I have a Wots Wot XL in the loft that could do with a 4 stroke!
  3. I have a Falcon in the build queue. I was thinking of using a Saito 80 up front as I have a couple spare. Is the RCV up and running Jon?
  4. Great news Richard, please put me down for a set. Building season approaches!!
  5. Jon, put me down for a Laser 80. Let me know when ready and I'll come and collect. I have sent you a message via the Laser web site.
  6. Put me down for a Hurricane please Richard.
  7. You just can't beat the smell of the ether in fresh fuel, the smell of burnt fuel is just as pungent but not as nice. Chopped my fingers many times on PAW 19D's and Copeman Oliver's.
  8. Ron, I plan on doing an IC version. Got some Saito 82's going spare or may contact Jon for two Lasers. Yet to decide.
  9. An 80 year old woman gets arrested for shoplifting. In court the judge asks her what she stole. She replies, a can of peaches. How many peaches were in the can? asks the judge. Six your honour, replies the woman. I think I'll sentence you to six day in jail, says the judge. Before he can pass sentence her husband pipes up, She also stole a can of peas!
  10. My problem is, further, compounded by my surgery going in to lockdown. The doors are locked to passing 'traffic' If I can get answer to my phone call I can't get past the non trained receptionist. The surgery group has been taken over by an american health group.
  11. I am in a bit of a 'cleft stick'. I suffer adverse reaction to the 'flu' vaccine. I also have adverse reaction to prescription medicines, I think it is down to the 'fillers' used in some tablets. I long for freedom to enjoy my retirement. What do I do? There isn't sufficient reliable information available to enable me to make a 'safe' decision.
  12. Great music! Is methanol/ether/cellulose/ amyl nitrate responsible?
  13. I have several Saito 82's and have found a 14 x 6 works well. As Jon has posted before, start it, tune it, fly it. None of mine were run in on the bench, just take it easy for the early flights.
