I am building a Mick Reeves Gangster 63 with foam cored wings, my question is, what do you use to help the iron on film stick to the fibre glass bandage around the centre of the wing? I have built a few models and always have a problem in this area, is Prymol what you use? I will be using HK or 4 max covering. Thank you for reply's Regards Malmaz

We went to the Lma event at Elvington show on Sunday, in the morning an elderly gent had a cardiac arrest, the onsite ambulance and crew were quick to the incident and and the air ambulance arrived and he was taken to York cardiac hospital where I hope he was ok. Does anyone have any update on his condition? It just shows you don't know what is around the corner, you go for the day to visit a model air show with perfect weather etc and this poor gent has had this happen to him. I hope he is making a good recovery.

Bang on, and local camp sites will have better facilities for the campers and caravanners i.e. proper toilets and shower washing facilities.

I am not sure what they were , I think it was a few F35 that went over as well as the Hercules.

I went to Porthmadog last weekend with our caravan, decided to go on Friday and have a look at the Mach loop for the low flying military aircraft, Parked up in the big layby on the A487 and wow did we see some fast low flying. A couple of pictures and a video below. well worth a visit if you are in that area, I would of liked to climb to the top of the hill ( Cad West ) for an eye level view but I I don't think I would get up their LOL . mach loop 4.mp4 mach loop 3.mp4

My insurance have been in touch with me this morning and have made an offer for my car, which I have declined, they would not pay any compensation for my daughter to come and collect us from the airport, a 250 mile roundtrip. Also my NCD will drop from 12years to 4years on my next renewal. I mentioned that article Martin, to my Insurance and they said it was the Big company's that were doing this and They might follow, So much for customer service, Kick you in the teeth when your down in luck, comes mind.

My car was parked in this car park on level 3 Parked up on Sat 7th oct, we was on holiday in Majorca and was in informed by Luton airport car parks about the fire, me and my wife are totally besides ourselves over this. We arrived back at Luton yesterday lunchtime to see for ourselves the destruction we our absolutely gutted by this, we received another update from Luton this morning that building is unsafe and they deem all 1405 cars in the car park will be unsalvageable. 😧

Chilli Breeze & Chilli Wind plans (was RCME June 1994)
malmaz replied to Stuart Quinn-Harvie 1's topic in RCM&E Plan Builders
For a winter project I am going to build the Chilli Breeze, I have already downloaded and printed off the Outerzone plan and I will be building it with the built up wing and going down the IC route. My Question is does any one have a list of the balsa sheet and strip wood I will require without having to go over the plan and list the sizes and quantities that I will require? Regards Malmaz -
Ok once again Philip thanks for that, I think I will stick with the new charger for now and perhaps get another power supply in the future. Regards Malmaz
-
Thanks for that Philip, my other charger I have is a single output which I have been using to charge my 6s lipos, would I be able to use that at the same time as the new charger so I would be charging 3x 6s at the same time or would that be too much for my power supply? Regards malmaz
-
Sorry for another question regarding chargers, I purchased the Toolkitrc M6d dual output charger my question is about the input voltage. My power supply is a Hobbyking dual output 540w (not 1000w as in my previous post ) I have had this power supply many years and pleased with it, the output voltage range is 13.8 - 18v and is set at 18v the new charger input is 7 - 28v if I charge 2x6s 5000Mah at 5a each will the 18v output of my power supply be sufficient ? Thank You Malmaz

I am after buying a new charger to supplement the one I have, I am after a dual output charger that would be suitable for my 6s 5000mah lipos, I have been looking at the ToolkitRC M6d charger, my question is would I be able to charge 2x6s 5000 mah lipos at 1c at the same time? also do anybody recommend any other dual charger to charge the above?. Regards Malmaz

Wots Wot builder’s kit help please
malmaz replied to David P Williams's topic in Sport, Aerobatic and 3D kits
Hi This is the wots wot I built with the modification, the 2 nylon bolts that hold the top wing in place don't look that bad. I sold the model earlier this year, and the new owner was well pleased with it. -
I have been using Windows10 built in security for some years now and not had any problems.
