I nag all my students to level the wings ,so they hopefully do that before anything else when in trouble .If the wings are level the model can be recovered safely

I have the carbon version and love it .Not the cheapest but rock solid up to now .Harry Curzen has a YouTube channel devoted to how to use Jeti which is great

As per Jon I don’t like walking and flying at the same time. It’s now an A test requirement to stand in the pilots box for takeoff which is a bit harsh to me ,it was a skill I had to learn along with the B test schedule -

Yes because the motorbike is driven by its wheels -

The crux is that the wheels don’t drive the plane it’s the prop/ turbine .If the plane was replaced by a car the the car wouldn’t move because it’s driven via the wheels .The plane will move the wheels just rotate more quickly -

Further to my earlier post hammerite smooth is a synthetic based paint ,there are some synthetic based clear coats which may be worth trying .I’m all electric now (bad back) so it’s no longer an issue for me

By the smell of clearcoat and solar lac they are similar to hammerite smooth unfortunately axa don’t do a clear
