Could do a fly-pass one day. Flew round the Orme last weekend. Didn't see any models flying, although the wind was in the right direction.

In that case I'll keep away wink 2. Only joking, could be tricky filing my flight plan though.

I keep fancying a trip out to the Great Orme (however it won't be on the 23/12/2012) can someone point out on a map as to where to park and where people usually fly from.

Also are there areas where I shouldn't park or fly from?

Cheers

Simon

PS I have read about the Tank Track car park but can't find any reference to it on a map.

Well, the weather forecast isn't good with rain for Sunday but winds SW 14mph but, we all know how that forecast can change pretty quickly.

I shall watch the forecast on Friday evening and if it's likely to be a dry day on Sunday then I will be there teeth 2 and then driving up to Blackpool and Preston for Xmas late afternoon. If the forecast is for rain then I will head up north on Saturday instead.

Fingers crossed for the weather eh thumbs up
