Steve Dunning
'A' Certs and proof of insurance for those flying please. Toilets and food available in the control tower. Cars only on the flight-line for un-loading and loading at the end of flying. A donation of £1 per pilot towards club funds would be gratefully received. Within this post could I have an indication of those pilots attending the event next weekend. Names I have so far include: Steve Dunning Martyn Kinder Paul Bardoe Sam Wragg Robert Thompson Graham & Martin Fox Minty Morton Tim Hooper Bill Michie (10 so far) Could any others please post in this thread. If there is enough interest, Paul says the Barbie could be fired up. See you Sunday, Steve

Steve Dunning
One further thing, as this is a 'live' airfield, visitors will be 'ferried' to the flying site in convoy. Visitors are asked to assemble at the entrance at 9 and 10am. Paul (or a n other ) will form a convoy and lead pilots across the airfield. thanks in advance for your help in this matter. Bob Cotsford
If I've anything left airworthy I'll try to get there Steve. Andy, I'm glad you reminded me I've also got a starpig I can bring. Might have a couple of airframes that will be open to reasonable offers - Tornado and King Altair, would have been a Blue Angel but that had a whoopsy today. Mustfire had a deadstick just after take off on Friday, landed in or rather on a crop so only minor damage but I'm short of a round tuit for it, need to get one before next weekend. Steve Dunning
Hi all. Spoken to Paul Bardoe this morning, advising him as to the number of fliers registered. With this in mind he is approaching the club as to providing the barbecue with the usual fare at reasonable prices. See you all Sunday Steve D
Bob Cotsford
just as long as they don't need to provide umbrellas again!

Martyn K
Don't worry about it Bob, the worst that can happen is we have a right good natter.
Bob Cotsford
well batteries are charged in the Tornado, Acrowot, KA and Mustfire. Must print up some 'for sale' signs, maybe if people can't fly then they'll be in a buying mood Anyone interested in a Sunshine Modelbau Blue Angel, fuselage in need of a little love? Martyn K
Oooh - are you bringing an AcroWot? I was bringing the AstroHog, Cuarare 25 and the Flea Fli. May throw the wot in as well now. Martyn
Bob Cotsford
forgot the Astrohog - wonder if I can squeeze it in? Acrowots are definitely in, one of Paul's suggestions when he organised the first Retro was any Fossmobile.
Andy Green
Does that include the big one - I have an Xtra Wot. Would mean unpacking the car and bringing the my wife's. Andy
Bob Cotsford
there was one a couple of years ago Andy. Martin's from the local model shop. It didn't end well but that's another story.... The idea was anything from our yoofs, kit or plan, scale competition or sports, scaled up down or whatever was ok. Now it's tending more toward classic aerobats but the retro sports model bit should still apply too.
John Lee
A great day at Sleap today in good company, gave the Mystic & Caravelle a good airing. Many thanks to all concerned in organising & the club for the use of their facilities. John
