Mark Kettle 1
This thread will be added to over the next days and weeks. Over the years many excellent videos have been made at the Great Orme, many at 'Fun to Fly - Fly- In's'. Mark Kettle 1
This next video the lads are flying mainly with Wild Things, you see lots of fun and hear Tim Mackey's voice in the background. The fun at the slope with your mates sure comes out in the video. Edited By Mark Kettle 1 on 29/01/2016 16:32:

Tim Mackey
Ah yes, I remember that first video above - me tail chasing ( with the red hawk and bright nose light ) Phil Cookes smaller Andy Conwy Hawk. I recognize that 35 mhz aerial of Phil's LOL. It was over the NNE slope of the ski slope.

Mark Kettle 1
Some times 'air whistles' are put in the models and these give off a sound which is like a jet engine on slow cruise. Edited By Mark Kettle 1 on 29/01/2016 20:39:53 And a follow on video. Last June 2015, on Saturday it was overcast, however on Sunday blue skies and some nice tail chasing. Mark Kettle 1
The previous video was filmed and edited by Steve Houghton and in the last image you see Tim Mackey on the left with his Vulcan. The next video Tim edited, he's flying his red BAE Hawk. The model is converted from a pusher I.c model. The year Feb 22nd 2009
Steve Houghton 1
Combat over the Orme was my video and the first time I flew at the Orme, and a fab, fun weekend. I've been a few times since but I haven't experienced any, "woohoo" flying conditions yet. Maybe this year eh!
Mark Kettle 1
Most of the stills on this video are not at the Orme, nice to see so many designs in this one. Mark Kettle 1
The next video shows the 'lie of the land' - well rock cliff and sea we enjoy at the Orme. And Phil Cooke's T33 tail chasing around the Great Orme's edge. Edited By Mark Kettle 1 on 07/02/2016 19:12:

Tim Mackey
A lovely low wind day last year with my Mark Kettle Vulcan. Flying over the WNW slope of the big rock. I remember this as one of the nicest days flying I have ever had. Edited By Tim Mackey on 08/02/2016 20:13:
Tim Mackey
And another flight from the same day. Dont be fooled by the wind noise on Marks video cam - it sounds like its blowing a good 'un, but in reality it was actually quite scratchy. Raw video so excuse the chatter. Model flew well for a prototype - looking forward to my 60" version. Edited By Tim Mackey on 08/02/2016 20:17:
