Doesn't look that much more to me compared to a few seen online...

Unless you are grossly offended by it's looks with the current dihedral I would just cover, fly and enjoy it - it is not like this is a machine you will be trimming to the n'th degree for optimum performance!

I test flew one a year ago.

The struts were a pain, if you over speed the airframe and pull a bit to tight the wing lifts and they fall out.

Flew nice but don't over do the speed it can bite.

The strut length at a gues is set when the wings are securly in place, make the dowles that form the leading edge if I remember right, as long as possible.

Bert

I think the chap who owned it was going to fitt a dowle in the wing leading edge to stop it lifting.

Never seen him or the plane again.

2016 really.

As I have been furloughed from work for the last 11 weeks, many projects have been progressed at an alarming rate.

The Elf hit the bench last week.

Just a couple of jobs outstanding.

Paint the cowl and undercart, fit a throttle servo, a little trim to break up the white and then go fly.

I am back to work Monday, but I am sure it will not be another 4 years before an update.
