Laser engines - the state of play following their closure

Sorry. Could you describe a 'boxer" for me please ?? Albert -
Exactly. Why, are your engines that special ??

Grumpy, just curious. Been using Nimhs forever, and I'm the club 'you're not charging that right' moaner. A lot of people fast charge Nimhs, usually in 1 to 2 hours. I always use standard wall charger and leave 6 to 10 hours, depending on use. Like I said, just curious. Albert

Thanks all. Going for a Ubec, probably.

As a Futaba 14sg user: is there a higher powered Reciever available. Or is there some other alternative to using Nimhs for my Glo powered models ?? Albert

Give me details, condition and price on the Enya 90 please. Albert

Brian Taylor has passed away.
Albert Ace replied to martin collins 1's topic in All Things Model Flying
Just seen this. Sad. Personally, I think that the 1970s/1980s were the Golden age of RC Scale, in this country at least. RIP Brian. Albert -
Ahh thanks. David Law and his Pitts. Trying long enough.

Wander what happened to Luthi ? He was campaigning a different Bucker. Mind you after all his wins, perhaps he's lost a bit of edge.

Hey, old Retro Senn F4C champ. Interviewed him once in Switzerland. A great modeller. GBR looking a bit forlorn. But we'll done to all. Thank you. Albert

Over been searching the interweb, and apart from YouTube clips, I cannot find any results for the above. I know Danny Fenton came second with his F4B Chippie; nothing about F4C or H. ? Anybody ?? Albert

Thanks Justin. Bought a couple of gallons at Old Warden. My club has been using SMC for over 30 years. Good luck, let us know your carriage rates. (Dave use to fly it in for me.). Albert -

Belated build of RC modeller Wayfarer

SORRY, READ IT again. Ill wait. Cannot work it out. Leading edge of Top wing to Trailing edge of lower wing is 270mm. My c og g is 30% of the mean average chord. The plans C of G is 47% of the M A C, ?? Havent got the nerve to add tail weight to bring it back to plan. Mid you my roll rate isn't the fastest; but only one set of ailerons. I also have lots 30% less down going than up. -
