John Dimond
Bought Ares Tiger Moth 75 (2.4GHz) - anyone know if possible to bind to a Spektrum Tx (Dx8) instead of the crummy little thing provided?
Dave Miller
I've no idea but I do know that the crummy little thing provided works very well indeed; it's a good fun model although it is a pity that my living room isn't just a little larger. Pete B
It's not DSM2 or DSMX so won't be flyable on Spekky gear, John. Pete
John Dimond
Thanks Dave - I'm sure the Tx will last as long as the airframe, but the long game is to salvage the Rx/motor etc for future scratch project(s). I'm told this is the cost effective way of getting the gear together - although I'm looking forward to plenty of fun with the 'Moth on the way! Pete B - thought so - what a shame! I've just got the Parkzone ultra micro P51 as well - bound to my DX8. Season's Greetings to All

Andy Ennis
That's only because the Anylink has been discontinued and replaced with the Anylink 2, which Steve Webb does sell. I don't think the Anylink works with the Ares models though. Andy
Paul Holmes 2
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help out regarding the little Ares Tiger Moth. This model has given me hours of fun both indoors and out when the weather allows. The problem I have at the moment is that I am loosing control or the binding when the throttle goes beyond half way. The motor cuts and will not restart, but the controls start to go into search mode. The rudder and elevator start juddering as if they are looking for a signal. I have tried rebinding, using a different Tx and even replaced the Rx & servo board but the problem remains. Any idea's ?
