Robert Cracknell
Can anyone suggest where I would be able to buy spare cover socks for a Prolux covering iron please? Many thanks in anticipation.

Mark Turner 12
I’ve actually used my daughters old white school socks and they work fine and much easier to get 😀
Bruce Collinson
Baby socks from a supermarket make a good cheaper substitute.

i12fly
The baby socks selling in the shops seem to have a lot of nylon in them -do they still work ok or do they melt onto the iron. I haven't dared try one as removing burnt on nylon from the iron would remove the remains of the non-stick surface.
Paul De Tourtoulon
So what sort of material can you use, I have around 6 'orphan' socks, the others disappeared in the wash.
