Bought a couple of rolls for the next model. Never used this before. There didn't appear to be a backing film on this. Looked on their website, no info on how to use it at all. Temperature of iron or any thing. Not used film much before.

Any help please ?

Hi Albert
It has the backing. You can use a piece of a tape to peel it off the covering. I usually tack it at 120-125 oC and stretch it at 135 oC. It seems to work perfect for me.

Try it on a spare balsa or a frame before you apply it on the model. Also do a search above on "Hobbyking Covering" there has been a lot of discussion on this before like:

It's worth watching the Solarfilm video done by the inventor of Solarfilm.   An hour well spent if you haven't done much with film covering.   Solarfilm itself is discontinued in most colours but other makes use the same covering techniques.
