My subscriber number is in my details but I keep having to re-save the page to view the subscriber only content. If I look at one back issue then try to look at another it wont let me. Tried reentering the details and number Tried emailing the contact listed - twice and never even got a reply Then I called the helpline to be told they were looking into the MANY problems reported. Was the subscription bought for you as a present by someone else? The addresses do match. The system cross refs account names to the subscriber database so one of the names needs to change? The mistake on the name is a common one and when I checked my last magazine delivery bag, I see the error. Never noticed that in several years of subscriptions.
