denis parkinson
The plans for a 1/4 scale Fokker DR1 arrived today, and all seems fairly straight forward apart from the cowl. The plans suggest using a Flair Hannibal cowl, but I cannot find one anywhere. Its pointless starting on the build, unless I'm sure that I can get a cowl for it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Alan Gorham_
Denis Ring Flair directly on 01926 499099. I have dealt with them directly in the past to obtain spare parts for their kits and the chap I've spoken to was friendly and helpful. denis parkinson
I was starting to think along those lines myself John Alan, its not an actual Flair plan..Its just suggested on the plan to use a Flair Hannibal cowl.. I'm not too bothered about the model being 100% true scale, so there is always the option of making the front of the plane to match whatever cowl I can get.. Alan Gorham_
I know Denis, I have the plan. It's just that if you want to use a Hannibal cowl then they are freely available.
