If you have a basic desktop you will need: Webcam Microphone Speakers Most webcam have a built in microphone so you could use webcam with headphones. What operating system do you use? Frank Skilbeck Posted December 17, 2020 Share Posted December 17, 2020 You only need the webcam if you want them to see you, for voice only all you need is speakers and a microphone. It's often better to use headphones and a microphone, otherwise the party on the other end can often get a strong echo as what they say is picked up by the microphone at your end.
