Tim Donald
I'm looking for a good general hack model that I won't get bored of too easily and is fairly resilient to being bashed about a bit . I would prefer a kit but would consider ARTF. It must fly well (vertical performance preferred) on a 4-stroke glow engine (any size as I will buy it new). I have previously asked about Acro Wots and H9 Ultrastick but there are very mixed opinions on using large 4 strokes on these models so looking for any other recommendations. (SLEC funfly maybe - anyone tried these on 4-stroke?)
Dale Bradly
Super Sportster 120. https://outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=5957 Move the u/c to the fuse but otherwise a brilliant hack. More than one short kit supplier online.
JOHN MOSLEY 2
I have built a Ripmax Extreme clone and use and OS 72 4-Stroke due to a noise sensitive site.
Richard Wills 2
Acrowot kit and a Saito 82 goes very well. 1
Tom Gaskin 1
Either the Acrowot or Wot4 kits will go very nicely on a 70 four stroke with vertical performance to spare. I now fly an electrically powered Wot4 that is equally fast/aerobatic (AXI4120/14 on 5s 4000 lipo) Tom

Jon H
Panics have been flown well using 4 strokes in recent years. They arent my cup of tea but they do what they do very well. I am told by a customer the sig 4 star 120 is a great performer. There should be plenty of options

As in will pull away from a hover. Seems a fine line between being able to do that and being too heavy for nice flying characteristics but there must be a combination that works.
