Hoochykins
Bought a few models recently, once of those being a composite body slope soarer, I just wanted to see if anyone knew what it is? I've started re-covering it as the old covering was very tatty, not sure if I want to go with the colour scheme, it will probably look better once it's finished or I may go yellow and white.

leccyflyer
Did they make a V-Tail version of the Speedo? The fuselage and wing look very Speedo-like.

The canopy is different, also the tail looks different as there is a part that goes between the V wings where as this one looks to just epoxy on, there's no holes or anything 21 hours ago, leccyflyer said: Did they make a V-Tail version of the Speedo? Hoochykins
Bringing back an old thread as I have decided to get this model flying again. I wanted to see if I can get any more luck with the model as it's 80% refurbished and I would like to add a vinyl decal with the name or use the proper logo. Any ideas what it is? leccyflyer
Like I said a while back, looks like a V-tail version of the Speedo, Apparently Hobbyking did do such a thing, called the Wraith, which passed me by at the time, but here it is,

The V tail is also a lot wider.

Hoochykins
Anyone or will have to give it a name? Any ideas? The name will be added to the wing using vinyl.

GrumpyGnome
Teeny tiny font, or very big sticker?
Hoochykins
Big, in the orange segment on the left wing. I'm thinking black text with white drop shadow to make it zing a bit.
Hoochykins
All finished, a lot better than original and I decided not to go for a decal - I guess this one will forever be a mystery model Second model I have covered and I'm happy with the result 👍
