Not yet 😁. I've got a reverse ESC in just in case it gets stuck. -

Been having a lot of fun with my new Joysway Skipper lately, flying off big puddles at our field both liquid and frozen. Today was my first time flying off a decent size lake, had a lot of fun despite the cold. Only had the phone cam ,so just a few clips https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ax_K4DCdh_g -

Was at the field just after eight this morning. It was minus two but blue sky and negligible wind. Flew a variety of models including Twin Nova, Skipper, 800mm Mustang and T1 Ranger. with four members by the end of the morning. Cold but fun. -
I use Phoenix. It's abandon ware and is now maintained by enthusiasts with a wide range of models and flying sites being added all the time. Download links in first post:. https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?2382571-User-Built-Models-for-PhoenixRC

Either of these two models would make good trainers and come with everything you need to get started. https://www.modelshopleeds.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=37_763&sort=1a&products_id=62417 https://www.modelshopleeds.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=37_763&sort=1a&products_id=67310

Checkout the Lippisch p15 from Motion RC. Fantastic flier ,and reasonably priced too. https://www.motionrc.eu/products/freewing-lippisch-p-15-64mm-edf-jet-pnp They`ve just brought out a 64mm Banshee that will run on 4s .Definitely going on my shopping list.

BBMF Lancaster flew four circuits round our villages en route to the Blackpool Air Show. Then met up with a Spit and a Hurri . The Pilot went to our local school ,so every time they`re nearby they try and divert over our village. Sadly this will be the last one as he`s moving on after this year.

My new Xfly Twin Nova. I believe it's discontinued by Xfly in Europe and I got one of the last stock from Kings Lynn Models. It's now been taken on and rebadged by Multiplex. Flies great, not needed any trim, just a bit of elevator mixed with the flaps. -
A bit of video here. Not good quality though as its been re-downloaded,also was a windy day so the wind noise is blocking the sound as well as the noise from a noisy wing.Sounds best when diving ,motor off. WHISTLE.mp4

Been using these 3d printed whistles on a couple of models for a while now.Need to get the placement right ,but they sound cool.A few of the lads at our club have since followed suit. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4591854
