Tim Mackey
Hi Dave, great pics, and Im gonna steal the ones of my Bede BD5 and the Grunau Baby - but perhaps not the one of me carrying her back soaked through to the skin! Typical , as soon as I got a tow, or launched an EDF....the heavens opened

David Ashby - Moderator
Nice pics lads, a few from me too. It was great to see the Tyldsley lads, here Lee Smalley gives one of their impressive hotliners the heave ho. These cut through the wind like butter. That lovely Spit. Trader Merlin Innovations (great to see them) kindly gave a kit to Alex for passing his B. Lindsay Todd's P-47 heading skywards. Always good to watch. A bunch of Saturday forumites. Andy Ellison's or Rob Stenhouse's hotliner whistles past. I think you could safely say that this was indeed a hotliner. Richard's fine Cygnet. These Parkzone Albatros' flew really well. Bags of power. The Sunday forumites. Allan Bowker's son, very happy having won this in the raffle. Sunday's passing showers didn't wait for folks to land. It was sunny 5 mins later. Chris - Depron
I think Mr Cockers towline featured with the 'Arresting Paracute' got lost and dropped into the woods - if found by someone that doesn't know the story it will make a curious find! Yes it did - my release snagged, so for safety Simon released his - unfortunately a second or two later, mine freed itself too - so the whole line dropped off We soon made up another and had no further problems after I tackled the sticking release with a 2 lb lump hammer
