J D 8
FLYING CAR, Well this car flew for a bit right over a seventy foot cliff near my farm. Only driver onboard and it is amazing he survived with just a broken arm. landing tail first and the tide being out were lucky for him. Rescued by Coastguard, Lifeboat , Fire service, and if you ask me how many police were there I would say all of them. Pic is later as car is about to be winched by a very large recovery truck. John Lee
Hope it did not happen in an airfield flight restriction zone otherwise he’d be in real trouble
cymaz
That’s one very fortunate driver...I wish him a speedy recovery. 70 ft ? Another 331ft and it would be over the 400ft limit

Shaun Walsh
How do you manage to drive off the edge of a cliff? Under the influence of something or just practicing for a Darwin Award?
J D 8
From what the Lifeboat crew said the fellow was suffering confusion possibly as a result of a medical problem. Took a bit longer for the car a Peugeot to get back up.
