Andy Stephenson
Can someone remind me how to download my BMFA membership card as I want to print it out. All I get on the BMFA website is this below... I don't have anything Apple or a Google account so it seems there is no option to simply download it to a PC.
leccyflyer
Hi Andy You should have received a downloadable pdf of your membership card, which you can print off, with your BMFA Membership Confirmation email when you renewed.
Dickw
If you have lost the email sent when you renewed, you can still download your membership certificate from the membership system. I just printed that out and cut my membership card out of that. Screen grab of where to find it in the membership system attached. Peter Jenkins
Andy I think the card to which you may be referring in your OP is the Vectis Card. This costs around a fiver and provides you with discounts from a huge range of suppliers. It also provides a BMFA card in a plastic form like a credit card. You don't need that but by golly it paid for itself in my first 2 supermarket shops as you get between 4% and 5% discount.

True, but the attachments have such cryptic descriptions that it's likely most people will ignore them! It's a couple of seconds work to edit the documents' 'suggested' names to something meaningful. Note the green icon bottom right hand corner which enables you to add your membership card to a digital wallet on your phone. 👍
Peter Jenkins
Thanks for pointing that out PDB. I never knew that! Interesting that if I hover the mouse icon over the green icon, all it says is Senior. I thought it might say Download to digital wallet or something similar. However, as I don't have a digital wallet on my phone, I'll stick with my Vectis Card!
Andy Stephenson
All I wanted is a download of the card as I can't see the need to pay for one, we never did when they sent them out on renewal. Thanks to DickW, it's done now all I have to do is laminate it.
Peter Jenkins
I understand not wanting to pay for a membership card when it is free. But the Vectis card gets you 4-5 % off your supermarket shop. I have saved at least £130 / year for an outlay of £4 -£5 to buy the card. You can get discounts from a very wide range of providers - I just don't need many of the goods e.g. a few items from Halfords apart from groceries. GaryW
When joining the BMFA,, they email all your relevant documents which your BMFA Membership Card is at the bottom of the Certificate... simply print it out and cut it off
