But don't forget that its not only to enlarge the drawing, you will also need to modify the construction of the design to make it strong enough for a 100 inch model. For example, of the original has 1/4 sq spars you do not want 1/2" sq spars because that would be four times the cross section 1/4" sq is 4/16" X4/16", =16 square1 /16" 1/2" sq, is 8/16 X8/16, 64 sq. 1/16" while doubles would be 32 sq 1/16s, so you would want 3/8" sq or 6/16 X6/16, 36 sq 1/16" And so on through all dimensions. Cheers Danny . IT WAS IN THE MAGAZINE YEARS AGO. That is the trouble with magazines, It is great for thsoe who read that issue of the mag but then it has vanaished for ever unless you get the back issue and to do that you have to know it was in the mag and which issue.
