I have a Spektrum DX 6 transmitter and need to bind a new model on to the DX 6 .I have always used the Spektrum AR 610 receiver but finding it hard to find any AR 610 receivers .I have not been a fan of the AR 610 receiver ,having several aerials snap off on them . There must be a receiver I can buy that will work with DX 6 transmitter .I do not want to use aftermarket receivers I would like to stay with Spektrum receivers but do not know what to get .Has the AR 610 receiver been discontinued ?

I have just purchased a dx6. Popped it in my Wot4 at the weekend, brown out, plane dived then connected, only just saved it.
I did a range check when i had landed and on reduced power at around 30 yards had only intermittent surface movement.
I think i will stick with genuine Spektrum receivers.

Lemon RX are in wholesale use in our club with zero problems ! Strangely , a stabilised Rx went in last week for the second time ! Inspection of the DX6i showed it was transmitting in DSM2 ?? Somehow the owner had managed to bind it this way not DSMX ! Apparently he's now got it on the latter modulation . The crashes showed usual DSM2 failure - throttle reducing followed by a nose dive ! It will be interesting to follow what happens to the model next !! Colin
