  1. I have made aluminium bushes to reduce prop hole diameter loads of times with no problems .Just make sure the fits are good .I wouldn’t heat things . The crank shaft between the prop driver and the thread is usually a bit bigger than the threaded bit .I make the bush to fit the unthreaded part .only
  2. I had a saito 180 which I ran on laser fuel 10% oil with no problems

  4. A boyhood friend had one we used to fly it on the prom in Blackpool .Great fun
  5. My thinking on this is the super sixty is a better trainer than a junior .it’s a a radio control design whereas the junior is really a free flight model .The frog jackdaw is also a good flier but I don’t think a kit is available
  6. Super 60 is a much better flyer than a junior .It’s also possible to build one with ailerons which improves things further
  7. Scalpel and blades I use no 11 .permagrit sanding blocks ,small clamps ,razor saw and miter box
  8. It looks like a frese aileron (not sure of correct spelling) .When up aileron is used the bit at the bottom sticks out adding drag to counter the drag effect of the other aileron going down .It’s supposed to eliminate adverse aileron yaw .The way its drawn with a bent robart hinge won’t allow any upward travel .If I was building the model I wouldn’t bother with that method I’m not much concerned with scale detail I prefer a practical model
  9. Try measuring static thrust using a spring balance attached to the tail group you should get about 4 kg
  10. It is correct if counter intuitive .The molar mass of water is 18 the molar mass of oxygen is 32 and nitrogen is 28 so the water in the atmosphere dilutes its molar mass which reduces its density Alan
  11. It is good but he has just put the price up by about 50%
