Tony B-622
Sorry I missed it I've just got back from a 2 day training course in Loughborough hopefully we'll get to have a session at the week end. I've got to ask how did you splash out ? That was probably a daft question but if you don't ask you'll never find out. Tony
Ian Jones
Amphibious aircraft, helicopters, flying boats & float aeroplanes at "Boat Club" site... more of a splash in really . I'm away from my PC for a week from tomorrow. Ian Edited By Ian Jones on 18/10/2013 18:08:
Rich too
Tried the (new to us) Pheonix 4 last night and it was brill. We had it set up through the big flat screen tv and the whole family joined in - even my wife!! The kids loved it. I was very impressed with how realistic it is.. Kevin Fairgrieve
Also had a good flight or two. Really enjoyed the WWI slot with Ian. Kev
John Privett
Oh, I missed this one. I was out flying! I might have been better not to have gone though, the weather was somewhat unspectacular, a blustery wind increasing in strength all the time and the distinct threat of imminent rain. I only bothered with the one flight towards the end of which I suddenly lost power - it seems the battery (still failrly new - only its 5th flight) may have a dodgy cell. I'll have to keep an eye on it next time, it charged ok though. Anyway, enough of my rambling! I'll keep an eye out for the next online Phoenix session... Glenn Stratton
Hi, hope you don't mind me posting here. I'm looking at buying Phoenix sim and joining in the fun! I see Phil Greeno Models is selling it for under £50 inc free p&p at the moment via their ebay shop. Anyone had any dealings with them or any other recommendations world be helpful please. Cheers Glenn.
Allan Bowker
Might have been Ian Glenn Although I've never purchased anything from Phil Greeno Models they seem a reputable seller. They have a real high street store and good eBay feedback. At that price I would say, go ahead.

Allan Bowker
Rich, the flying site you are hosting is non-standard, people are having trouble joining you. Perhaps if you select the default to 'Flying Site'?
