Subscriptions department have advised that in the worst case it can take up to 14 days. If after then it hasn't arrived, we can arrange for another one to be sent out. I would only like to know if another spanish subscribers are in the same situation as I do not dare to claim the magazines to the editorial if the delivery has not come to Spain yet. I was dreading going through the procedure this year, but I've got to say I did it and it was painless and worked first try. Thanks for simplifying the process, renewing now is a breeze. Got fed up with it and left it alone. This week I decided to try and get it working again. Nope still no good. Now let me preface all this with a bit of background so you don't think I'm a total Muppet. I work in IT; in fact I work in a data centre and am quite comfortable with most types of computer systems.
